Core Ascent L.L.C. ("Core Ascent," "we," "us") operates btlaesthetics.credit to provide patient financing enrollment services for healthcare providers in the BTL Aesthetics network. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices about it.
When you fill out an enrollment form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, provider specialty, BTL devices used, number of locations, and estimated financing volume. If you opt in to SMS, we also store your consent and phone number for text messaging.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. We may collect general information like pages viewed, referring URLs, browser type, and device type. None of this is tied to your identity.
We use the information you provide to process your enrollment in the patient financing program, connect you with our lending network partner (Finance Your Care), follow up on your application status, send you SMS messages if you opted in, and improve this website.
We share your enrollment information with Finance Your Care (FYC), the financing platform that manages lender relationships and provider onboarding. FYC shares your information with lending partners as part of the enrollment process.
We use Formspree to process form submissions. Formspree stores your submission data on their servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
If you check the SMS consent box on our enrollment form, you agree to receive text messages from Core Ascent about your enrollment status and account. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for full details.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. That said, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
This site links to third-party services including the Finance Your Care enrollment form (hosted on JotForm) and the BTL Aesthetics website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our forms. Email info@coreascent.net and we will handle it.
This site is for healthcare providers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top. The new version takes effect as soon as it is posted.
