When you submit a form on this site, contact us, or apply for provider enrollment, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, provider specialty, BTL devices used, number of locations, estimated financing volume, and any additional information you voluntarily provide.

When you opt in to text messaging on a BTL Aesthetics form, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record, including the date, time, and the form or keyword used to opt in. Phone numbers and consent records are stored on access-controlled systems, are accessible only to Core Ascent staff and the service providers that operate our form and messaging infrastructure, and are retained for as long as you remain opted in plus a reasonable period afterward to evidence consent, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Mobile information collected for SMS, including your phone number and opt-in status, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile opt-in data is sold.
